Our prices include an allowance for the average shipping cost by Ocean Freight shipping to major ports in the USA and Caribbean. Due to current global shipping demand, prices may increase. We will confirm this price to you before we take your order.

Included with your order is the design for your LAIR Cottage foundation that is specific to your site and local conditions. 

LAIR will work with a contractor of your choice, or coordinate getting 3 prices from local contractors for the complete installation on your site. LAIR can also advise you directly regarding the installation should you wish to self-install. 

LAIR will obtain the best ocean freight shipping rate to your closest port. We also work with your local import agent to minimize any fees and expedite the shipment. Finally, we will find you the best local transport options to delivery your LAIR Cottage in the 40 ft shipping container to your site.
